Whilst being forcibly closed due to COVID-19, we made the most of the situation and took the opportunity to start working with a new & more advanced Membership and Payment database company. With no one coming in, it seemed like the best time to migrate all of our data across with as little interruptions as possible. So far, the process seems to have gone smoothly! Upon opening, Direct Debit members will now be being charged by Debit First rather than Paysmart – amounts have NOT changed though! If anyone would like to discuss further, please give us a call!
