We are one of the biggest and most equipped gyms in the region with over 1000m2 of floor space, comprised of a free weights area, Pin loaded and cable machines, a functional area with climbing rope and bars, two Les Mills classrooms, a women’s only area, outdoor training zone and a huge cardio space.
We also like to think we have the best members and staff you could imagine.

I’ve been LesMills GRIT Instructor since 2020. I have completed a marathon and several half marathons and just love working out and being active. I have the best job in the world 😊 Never Give UP!!
